What would be a fair asking price for a used Horton Summit HD150 crossbow? Bow and target($70) have only been shot around 20 times..

i agree with rutman start out at 250 with the target. but if someone offered 225 i'd run with it.

good luck selling it. ive got a horton and love it. its been through a house fire and everything and still going strong.

I hate dealing with the low-ball offers that people make when you advertise on a public forum like craigslist. But it's part of the 'experience' of doing business.
Once I sold a beretta 9mm handgun through a similiar type of ad service. I met the guy, he looked at the pistol, and gave me cash half of the asking price and started to walk off. I had to subdue him and wrestle him to get my gun back.
I don't sell firearms that way anymore. I'd rather put them on consignment at the local gun range. I make less money, but the hassle factor is less.
Point being, you could ask a local archery shop if they'd consign your Horton....
