If a man was tinkering and trying to have some fun with possibly dabbling in the F-T/R class and felt he needed to move on to the next step beyond a Harris bipod, what would you recommend? Seems a lot of people suggest the Sinclair which looks pretty reasonably priced for someone like me, I would prefer to stay away from the $400+ ones at my current skill/commitment level.

Blackhawk makes a sweet bipod...
i couldn't resist posting since the blackhawk i bought years ago instantly stripped where the clamps attach to the swivel stud. I literally keep it on the rifle to pull downward on my tupperware stock to aid in floating the bbl when shooting off a bag.

Im interested to hear the recomendations on a step up from harris

Well I took advantage of brownell's sale today and ordered the Sinclair. Seems to be pretty common on the line from what I have read, and should be an improvement over the Harris.

That joypod is interesting. To be honest, I'm just not on that level yet. If I'm being COMPLETELY honest, the Harris is far from my "limiting factor" [emoji1]
