13 days and a wake up baby!!! :super: :super:

Might run down to Gooch this weekend and see if I can see anything. :D

1 week left for us. We drove over on Wednesday and got a few things done. All the fields were frozen up and didn't see many ducks but that won't stop us from being excited.

Not having a blind or a boat has really put a damper on my getting excited for duck hunting in TN. We still do a guided hunt in Arkansas every January so I'll get excited for that in about a month.

Very excited - first year for me and a lot to learn. A very recent back surgery makes me a little concerned that I'll be able to get out much but can't wait to learn...

Sitting in the tree stand last night, I could hear some Mallards talking. Getting excited for opener!

It's work for me but I still look forward to spending about 55 days in a duck blind. Hope everyone has a great season.

Ruger, are we there yet? Lol

I was lamenting to the wife about selling the Jon boat a year or two ago the other night and she said we'll see how this goes , you might need to get another one. Lol

Of course she said another night , you know how this is gonna go , you doing all this work and getting built up and then it is gonna be no ducks. Sounds like she knows me. Lol

Yee Haw! Good times.

Looks like this opener is going to be another warm one with a chance of rain again.
