hook these all the time deep cranking shell beds on Ky lake in the summer

It's normal if your fishing around shell beds. Fished a square bill all day on KY Lake yesterday. Every other cast i had to pick them off the hooks it seemed.

I catch them almost every time I am out. Shell beds=fish on the TN river.
