I've done a few of these and they turned out fine BUT, I still have a terrible time even after the boil and the pressure washer getting a few pieces of that sinus tissue out. Do any of you have a trick to doing this without painstakingly tedious work?

My son does about 70 or so a year. If you boil then the only way to get all those pieces out is picking and washing. Get some long forceps or something like a long pick so you can reach up in there to get it out. This is why he doesn't boil any longer.

I use long needle nose pliers and a stiff puddy knife along with a metal shishkabob skure. It is a bit of work but it works.
I also coat the entire head with a coat of Elmers glue ,it secoures it all together and gives it a nice sheen .

Medical clamps and steel picks is what I used, and I don't pressure wash because I like keeping all the thin bone fragments intact.
