Encore smokeless conversion ?

I want to get back into smokeless shooting.
I sold my savage 10 a while back now am kicking my self for doing it.
Any way I have a Encore so the question is what barrel do I need to buy and who do I send it to to convert it to the savage plug.

a 45/70 barrel and there are a few folks that do the conversion including slufoot over at dougs forum I will post a link. lotta knowledge over there about smokeless

It's simple. You need a 45/70 barrel and a savage breach plug. Send them both and $110 to slufoot from Doug's message, and you will have a smokeless encore. I think that my barrel is a TC custom shop 45/70 but hear that the Bergara barrels will work as well.
