Elk river float today

Foated the elk river today and wore them out. Had several good smallies and red eye shake off at the kayak but caught a bunch of fish. Kept me a mess to fry tonight. Used a black bitsy bug jig with a crawl trailer and was jiging the submerged logs and wood. Biggest small mouth was 17.5. Now to go treat the sunburn on my white, now red, legs.

Very nice! What's the size limit for Smallies in there? They have to be 18" in most lakes so it's tough to get a keeper.

In the river its just a limit of 5 black bass.
