I hunt in NE Alabama, so some of our terrain is pretty steep with almost one mile from bottom to top of the mnt. I've had an electric buggy for 7 years but it's time for a new one. I currently have a rebuilt Club Car and it's served me well but I'm wanting to move to a 4 wheel drive with heavy duty parts, not golf cart parts. Also need regenerative breaking, etc. So my question is do any of you in east Tn. that hunt similar terrain have any experience with the new BBB, Polaris, etc.? My top concern would be the UTV having enough torque/ battery life to climb the mnt.. Second concern is durability. The biggest down side of something like a Polaris vs. what I have now is increases weight with obviously hurts battery life when climbing steep terrain.
