Felt like a day to tend to the smoker. Threw on a chuck roast and two bolognas. Made some horseradish-cheddar mashed potatoes and beer battered onion rings between smoker-tending beverages then cubed up the roast and wrapped it in parchment paper and foil with butter, garlic honey, a little BBQ sauce, and a splash of beer. Directly onto the potatoes when tender.
