Absolutely ZERO sign of the rut for me as of yet. No bucks doing anything except feeding. Rubs almost non existent, scrapes barely starting to show up sparingly. I think our Mast failure here is going to negatively affect the rut hunting this year.
 
Nothing going on around my place. [McMinn County] Just got back in from the woods. Saw two does, mama and fawn still together. Saw three young bucks the other day and they were still together.
Hopefully something will happen by this weekend.
 
Hunting in Anderson county....I have seen several rubs and scraps. However my deer sightings ahve dropped over the past few weeks. Even on propoerty where I usually see deer every sitting. Ive seen more deer driving out of the farm latley!

In Kingsport area saw 4 bucks this morning. I took a 4 point that was by himself and then saw two spikes and a 6 that was sparing. the 4 point stunk pretty good so I think its coming soon. my buddy is a truck driver and he has saw several bucks chasing does.
 
Hamilton Co (Harrison) I saw 3 bucks Saturday morning all on the move! Head to the ground,,, look up and scan,,, head back down and gone!! It's getting close! Last year for me was Nov.8th-16th! Crazy action!!
 
Went Saturday on farm in roane cty seen spike and 4pt with a doe in field they we're play fighting for 20 minutes but when the doe went the other way the 4 pt chased after her spike just stayed in field
 
In Washington co. Hardly any pics until oct 30. From then thru nov 3 when I checked the cam I had pics of 5 different bucks and 2 were mature. The biggest deer is a non typical he came thru at daylight on the 31st then again on the 3rd at 11:30am. Plus a buddy of mine is a cop and while patrolling around the Washington co and Unicoi co line the last week has seen a big surge of buck sightings and deer vs car accidents.
 
Minimal rubbing and minimal scraping- which is pretty normal this time of year. I'd say the number of rubs and scrapes will increase starting this weekend.
 
Been seeing more deer then usual in the evenings on the way home from work. Today I seen chasing going on; however, I couldn't make out what the deer were (bucks or does). It may have been young deer playing. Bradley county
 
Nacho I agree I seen 13 last nite and that's the most ice ever seen (Anderson/Knox) but seen 4 tonite I cnt wait until Saturday
 
My wife and i stayed in a cabin in gatlinburg last night. I decided to take Wears Valley to Maryville home and saw a big buck, nose to the ground, in a field on Wears Valley this morning. Never saw a doe. It was pretty with all the frost in the field. RUT time
 
Had 5 does come down off the ridge within 20 yards of me today, they stayed on the move and only stopped long enough to look back at the thicket behind em so I let em walk but never saw anything. I did hear somethin walkin around just down the ridge from me and seen a few fresh piles when I was leavin so I know where to go tomorrow
 
Just got back from a week of bow hunting in Wisconsin. The rubs and scrapes were there but the bucks were not with does. At all. It's still a week to two weeks away up there. So if that's any indication, it will still be another 2 weeks after that for it to kick in down here.
