Durable/Packable mess kit

Hey all. Ive been looking to upgrade a little from my old steel messkit in my pack. Ive been considering a couple small packable kits and was wanting opinions on these. This GSI kit looks the most durable being made from stainless http://www.gsioutdoors.com/products/pdp ... _mess_kit/
But...Ive also found this Optimus set that looks great..but its made from anodized aluminum. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003VE ... EXGGAZ24ET
What are yalls opinions? Stainless or aluminum? Thanks again.. ;)

Alright thats the direction I was leaning. I definitely dont want a teflon coating because its not durable. Ive used sand to clean my old kit and I can imagine what it would do to teflon. Ive looked into the titanium sets...but dang my pockets aint that deep! HeHe...
