I've got about 25 Dunstan chestnut saplings just hatched. They average about 10 - 12 inches tall at the moment. Located in Sumner County.
$10 each..
PM if interested.

Location in Sumner? And the short story on these, my laptop is down and phone google is painful. Edit to add "hatched"???
I am located just north of Gallatin out 31E a few miles. "hatched', is just stratification.. I put them through the stratification process all winter, then selected the nuts that were showing signs of sprouting, then planted them in pots in the early spring. Added water and sunshine and most took root and grew.

I've got about 25 of them planted on my place. Anywhere from 1 to 4 years olds.
Actually got 3 outback here at the house in pots I'm nursing back to health. They wasn't doing well and the file spell really hurt them. They was planted last year as 10-12 inch barefoot. So I dig them up, potted them and they are blowing now. Will try again in the fall lol
