I use a Reelfoot style metal reed call, and other than a Zinc's acrylic goose call, everything else is from Haydel. They're cheap, but they work, and if I loose one, it's easy to replace it.

I've bought and sold a lot of calls over the years. But right now I'm running a black timber circuit breaker, and a black timber overload wood/acrylics, and then a trusty zink power clucker on my goose lanyard. And then on my duck lanyard I've got a RM custom call cold feather fan, a echo timber, and a buck gardener kryptonite. And some cheap pinny whistle on there too.

My friend bought one last year it sounded good but iv heard alot and honestly it gets to a point where your comparing apples to oranges . Guess that's why it's a hard decision on what to buy . Top brands off my head are lares , field proven , rnt, zink, echo , buck Gardner .... just seems all are comparable in price sound and quality. Just a matter of what you like.. I honestly love my cheap wench , dr 85 and knight and hale Bachelorette It was the first call I bought 16 years ago

I like the Hayes lil bad Azz so much I own 4 of them, but for the most part just blow one 90% of the time. Ive owned and blown a lot more expensive calls but none of them sounded as good to me. I would like to own a Lares but the few I've blown didn't work for me.
