A few weeks ago I went on watts bar to duck hunt , made it to blind , was putting out decoys when another boat pulls up and proceeds to tell me I am going to have to get out of the blind I could not hunt there, said a friend of theirs had built blind and I could not hunt there. I informed the individual I didn't know anyone owned a blind on these islands here . turns out the person in boat I knew , we talked and hunted together ,,,,well later in the week to follow I received call from the guy that built and claims he owns the blind,he told me I needed to call him and check with him before I set foot back in the blind....I want to know the laws on duck blinds on public islands , I don't want any trouble while out with son trying to show him duck hunting , but on same hand am not going to be run out of a blind if I am first there. what legal recourse do I have if this happens again while on lake...thanks

That is a TVA issue and not a TWRA one since it isn't a WMA regulation. I don't know if they are even registered with TVA up there. You may want to check with Region III and see if they can gi9ve you some input.
