Duck blind draw license requirement?

What licenses do you have to have to participate in the duck blind drawing?
Specifically West Sandy.
License types would be greatly appreciated also so we will be sure we got it right.

Ruger, it seems to vary on what they require. Call the regional office and inquire for that specific WMA.
