Drop away rest

I like a Ripcord. You get a drop away with full containment. Also, you can lock the launcher up when adjusting the rest, instead of having to hold it up and trying to get it in the right spot.

I will tell you right now if you ever try a vapor trail limb driver you will never look back they are so simple to setup cord attach right to the limb

I shoot the biscuit. I have always wanted to shoot a drop away but have been talked out of it by a couple of different bow shops. My buddy had a drop away freeze up last year when it was so cold. He forced his bow back and it broke. Fewer moving parts is always a good thing. imo

i was about to post this very question.. my main reason for the switch would be incease arrow speed .i am shooting a 2010 pse xs. what would be y'all guess on the increased speed ?

IMO, not enough to fool with swapping if that was the only reason.

one other concern i have is i cant get my arrows to group as tight as i would like , i have watched my form, tryed diffrent releases, arrows , every thing i know to do , the only thing left to change is the rest .do u think i would see a improvement with a fall away ??

Some people do. I think if you have a lot of hand torque it can through you off with a WB. The only way to tell for sure is to try one.

When I switched from the WB to my Ripcord two years ago, it was amazing the difference it made in my groups on a consistent basis.

Trophy Taker is what I use. Simple, tough, and easy to tune. IMO I don't like rests that have internal parts that i can't see or work on. Leaves too much room for failure IMO.
