84g by weight bh209 with federal primer pushing federal 350g lead borelok down a 26"? I let the back grow up a little and now it's a honey hole. Normal mz shot for me is out to 50 yrds. Now I'm looking @ 50-120. Despite being very capable of the shot, just wondering drop. I'm a aim small miss small kinda guy. Need to know.

I'm well aware shooting would tell me. Bh209 is hard to come by and my range is my hunting ground. I'm just looking for some quaze ballistics graph type idea. 0@50. -2@100?

According to the charts

350 grain bullet with BC of .209
MV of 1900 fps
Sighted for 50 yards
100 yards approx. 1.5 inches low
150 yards approx. 6.5 inches low

I verify my Encore 50 cal at 50yd every year (1 shot, if on- cold). Haven't been off in several seasons. Have a notebook with 25/50/75/100/125/150 hold from prior years shooting efforts.

Today fired my second shot this season (1 previous verify at 50 and now one deer at 110 yd)

I fired from solid rest and hit 1/2" left of where I planned. Still 0 steps for the deer. The 1/2" was my read on the angle he was looking at me...

As CPT Obvious's much despised uncle and mentor, I point out you gotta do the work sometime.

My gun, my load, every other gun will vary...
