Dozer work and deer

Finally going to get to hunt a new property I got permission to hunt tomorrow. They have been clearing a driveway (1200 feet) and a few acres for homesite. Work has been going on for over a week, most days. I think this will actually bring some deer in right away...what do y'all think?

I hunted a farm a few years ago that was being logged during deer season ,it seem to draw deer in. All the white oak tree tops had them bedded up in them. I guess they didn't have to travel for food just eat and then laid down in the cover of tree tops. It didn't seem bother them with all the equipment in there.
