Dove Stroganoff

(I luv bacon wrapped doves cooked on the grill) I found/tried this recipe, for something a little different, not too bad ;)

Season 12 dove breasts & place in large baking dish.

Saute 1 med onion & some mushrooms. Combine with 1can cream of celery soup and 1/2cup white wine. Pour over doves and cover lightly w/foil and bake @325 for 1hr, turning occasionally.

After 1hr, add 1cup sour cream, stir and bake uncovered 20mins.

Serve over rice or noodles.

The only dove recipe i have ever seen. I know that sounds naive but i dont know many folks who actually eat them.
