Remember if you don't have a lifetime sportsman license to get your migratory bird permit before going to the dove field. Annual Sportsman License holders need the permit but it's free. You may have asked for it when you bought your license. Certain others exempt.

If going to one of the WMA fields, be sure to also have a WMA small game permit (ages 16 and up). Annual and lifetime sportsman license holders already are covered.

I had to point out to the ranger at the Percy Priest WMA hunt that my dad was exempt since he is over 65, we had to pull out the book and read it. Just shows how easy it is to miss something.

& some of the wardens or at least 1 didnt know a lifetime had every thing on it & never seen so many G.W. riding the roads,it was late after 6:00 before they came around cking,infoman,you coming to knoxville for the shoot sunday morning? i plan on being there if possible,hope to get cked by a real GW that knows his job :) jk ,mike243

GW at our field let people go if they had annuals and not the migratory birds, just let them know next year to get it.
