I wish i had the property to do this myself, but has anybody ever thought of putting together a tndeer member dove shoot? Have everybody give a donation to go. Just thought i would throw this idea out there.
 
id be in,the only problem is opening day is on a tue,some folks wont miss work or burn vacation to hunt,i always have for the most part.
 
It would be awesome to pull something like this together. I used to hunt some private owned fields in rhea county but it started getting so crowded that it is now invite only. If anyone had any ideas this would be great.Seminole39 do you know of any wmas anywhere that could be dove hunted?

There is lots of WMA fields around problem is if a bunch of us from TNdeer show up along with the normal numbers its gonna be crowded. Original poster had best idea, if someone had the land to plant and we could all donate I would be willing to do that. Much better to do it on private land we all payed a little to plant.

no i wished it was though,it gets a lot more crowded when it falls on a week end day,not always a bad thing as its 1 shooting sport where more the merrier most of the time,mike243
 
where would you do it im 16 and would love to dove hunt never have been before never had a field to hunt them but sounds like some real fun
 
It would be best to have it in a central part of the state for the ones wanting to attend that live on the far ends of the state. It might be a great event!!
