Started on top first and had a few hits but most just swiped at it and wouldnt hold on. Tried a few other things before switching to plastics and started picking up fish. Ended up with 11 keeper lm before putting the boat on the trailer around 6. Pulled up to hook up my boat and seen white bass busting schools of shad so dumped my boat back in to stretch my line just a little more. Caught several before they died back down and when i was putting my boat back on the trailer they came back up and started busting everywhere around me. Got loaded and jumped up on the front deck and started catching them hooked up to the trailer. They moved on a big school of shad at the dock so i jumped down and headed to the dock and caught fish every cast for about an hour. Even hooked a good smallie at the back of my boat that was still in the water.
