Grubman and myself hit Douglas today from the dam launch. Water temp was 51 and pretty stained. In places you had less than 2 inches of visibilty. The best we saw was nearly a foot. We fished mostly around Flat Creek. Loads of shad everywhere you look. Had a pretty decent day with 9 or 10 fish. Big fish was 4lbs 3 oz. Best 5 would have went 11 to 12 pounds. All fish caught on crankbaits and jigs.

I had made a couple of trips with no brown fish. Today, I caught 3 and jumped a 20 inch or better off at the boat. Fishing seems to be picking up a little but you never know with this weather we are having.
