I missed it this year. First year in many.
I went in yesterday (Tuesday) at 7:00 a.m. when the store opened with fingers crossed that they may still have it on sale.
Not my lucky day - marked back up to $23.88 for a double pack.

Historically, yes. The Lowe's Kingsford Charcoal Sale usually repeats every 4th of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.
