I got bored with the smokeless for a while. 2,900-3,000 fps at 40kpsi was our limit 4 years ago. Components have not changed, but speed and pressure have. Checked in with edge, guys now want to push 50,000psi plus with my old loads. Some are doing 70,000psi. They passed sanity by...and will eat a bolt before long.

I'll be back at Doug's. There are dangerous loads that should not be posted here, but have.

Not with a savage unless its been rebarreled to a 45 or smaller caliber and probably not with any break action either,Hate to see you stop posting ewc book loads are all I have shot and don't think I need any higher with a stock 50
