Doin' the Butt

I'm doing a pork butt Friday.

Its been dry rubbed for a day already. Plan on re-coating.
Plan on using a mixture of Apple and Hickory.

I miss the BBQ omelet at Cockadoos.....I still never understood why that place shut down. It's a fantastic omelet!
