is there a law on dogs running deer on your property is it legal to shoot dogs

It's illegal to shoot dogs unless they are killing livestock. You also better make sure it's not someones hunting dog! If they take you to court they will win and a hunting dog won't be cheap thru court.

no collar and these are not hunting dogs other than deer anyway messed up morning hunt and evening hunt as well hope their gone by rifle season they might come up MIA

Common tactic a few years ago. Several yahoos were gathering stray dogs and keeping them penned up for a few days then turning them loose on opening day in their hunting area, hoping they would keep the deer up and moving.

Of course someone that lazy is most likely not very good at shooting running deer either. If you won't work on one part of your game you probably won't work to improve the others.
