Does anyone know what golden seal looks like

i think i found a one heck of a patch of it but i'm not sure yet.does anyone know what it looks like and what the price is on it?

oh i c well i don't know how much it's going for. but i know a couple of people that hunts it.but they won't tell me how much it's going for this year.

Nope. Two different plants.

A may apple is much larger, and has slick leaves with a white flower that hangs down. Golden seal looks fuzzy.

Where can you sell it?

some sang dealers will buy yellowroot, but why bother with it they aint worth half the price of sang. i rarely see them in the wild, i think there are more sang than yellowroot, but i dont look for them in creek beds either
