First time hunting from a popup ground blind and I did not like it. I felt like I was boxed in missing out. I like ground hunting during gun and muzzleloader, but I will be back up in a tree with the bow. I was successful just not my preference. I was trying to say BAAAAAA but I got some country in me. I was using a go pro hero2 with remote control pack. This will allow you to setup camera(s) and control from 1 push button. I had an external mic hooked to the hero 2, and I placed the camera outside the blind in a direction I thought they might travel. Just luck I got it on video. it is easier to modify my setup in a tree stand. I like running 2 gopro cams and I have a cheap JVC hd cam but my blind was to small to set it up today on the tripod. I like running 1 go pro back at me but the battery was dead this am I must have forgotten to turn it off. Its a chore to keep these cams charged and running.
 
Great video. Congrats on the doe, shot may be a little back but still very deadly. I never have bow hunted from a blind. Rarely ever use a blind at all. I agree a treestand is much better. But try sitting on the ground without a blind or chair sometime, find some good thick cover to sink into...there's something very exciting about being one on one with the deer and managing to shoot one without getting busted.
