Doe Hunting

Is a Type 94 needed to hunt does all season? I'll only be using archery, and it'll be on private land, not public.

I was going to say yes. Im pretty sure that's how it used to be. I just read through the regs and it appears it has changed. Nothing I saw specifies an antlerless permit. Looks like 094 is just for WMAs. Maybe someone else will chime in here. When in doubt call twra.

I would have to check the hunting guide to be sure, but I believe the reg was changed this year so that you no longer have to have type 94 to take does on private land.
