Big shout out to Covert, I had a Black 60 that I had bought in 2013 and two weeks ago I pulled the card and it would not power up afterwards. Took it home and noticed water in the battery compartment, dried it out over night and got it to come on but wouldn't take pics. Called and got RA number to send it back for repairs, 5 days later they sent me a brand new HD 60 free of charge as a replacement. Needless to say I was impressed with their service :D

I have been a Covert fan for the last 6 or 7 years. Their customer service has always been great. Whenever I have had to send a camera back (which hasn't been often), I always got a quick return, usually with a new camera.
