I was wondering if you had to be in a wheelchair to get a disability license or just a dr note stateing you are disabled. Also if you are on disability dobyou qualify . Thanks in advance

The requirements for the various disable licenses are found on Page 8 of the Hunting Guide.
I see three disabled licenses listed:
1) Type 168 for residents under the age of 18.
2) Type 169 for intellectually disabled.
3) Type 198 for resident disabled veterans with service connected disabilities.
