This chilled dessert is good!!! My mother-in-law made this for my grooms cake at my wedding. Can't eat it much now due to cholesterol though.
Ingredients:
2 Boxes (small) vanilla instant pudding mix
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 margarine
1 large package of Oreo cookies - regular kind
12 oz. cool whip
OK:
1) Mix the vanilla pudding as on package and set aside.
2) Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and margarine together.
3) Mix all the above together, then fold in the cool whip.
4) Finely crush the oreo cookies (food processor works great).
5) Layer alternately the creamy mixture and the oreos in a large bowl.
6) Place in the fridge for awhile to chill
7) Then eat!!! Careful now - this is some rich stuff!!! :)
