Yep. I usually don't spit while walking in but I let her fly while I'm in the stand. Like Poleax said it doesn't bother them.

I don't dip, but my cousin does. It has not affected deer movement around and by his stand that I know of...he sees deer move by regularly, and they do in fact stop and lick it sometimes.

I dip, but that is because I like to enjoy myself while hunting. I bet it doesn't help. Seemed like I shot more when I didn't dip.

Yes,but I spit in a bottle.I think the deer will start associating the dip spit with human.Better safe than sorry imo.

I will not dip while hunting (but I don't dip, so that makes it pretty easy).

I can clear a spot on the ground and hunt it, come back a few days later and find deer tracks. I do think they like timberwolf straight.

I dropped a piece of Nasty jerky one time deer hunting. An old beat up buck came in and licked the jerky... then I shot him!

dip,smoke,pee,crap just whatever needs be and always end the season with a full freezer. people give deer way to much credit!! lol
