I did a little Christmas Day rabbit hunting while I was visiting family in Ohio and wanted to try something new for dinner. So I thought I would share what I did since it turned out to be the BEST rabbit I've ever had!
Skin and quarter like normal, then I used some Larry The Cable Guy Spicy Chicken Batter that you can get here. Threw it in the deep fryer at 375 for about 15 minutes. Absolutely delicious!
