I think I know the answer to this, but haven't been able to find the actual regulation on it. Would it be legal to have a deer rifle in the blind while duck hunting for the purpose of shooting a deer? I was discussing this with someone who thinks it would be legal to shoot a deer if it walked out on the levy or into a field. I thought it would be illegal, if for no other reason, you would not be wearing blaze orange while duck hunting. Thanks for any clarification.

The rifle is legal in the blind for deer hunting, but it is illegal to hunt deer without the blaze orange on upper body and head unless you are hunting on property where you qualify for the landowner exemption.
