Does anyone have a good tenderloin recipe? I have 2 whole pieces that I want to try to cook whole. Thanks

Preheat oven to 450 and then brown all sides real good on a stovetop and throw in a chunk of butter in the pan and spoon it over the browned meat. Take meat out of pan and wrap in foil and throw in the 450 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.

I might try this one day, but to be honest I do not like backstrap cooked any way other than on the grill or smoker.
