What all could I make with it besides sausage balls and chili? Its all I have remaining from last season. Its grinded up sausage; not links.

RICE POT CABBAGE CASSEROLE (with Venison Sausage)
1 Cabbage cut into 1/8 wedges-rinse and put in bottom of rice cooker
ADD:
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup water
1 can rotel tomatoes w/green chillies (chopped or stewed)
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can whole kernal corn, drained (optional)
1 pound lean or low fat venison sausage (or low-fat sausage, turkey sausage, tasso, or
ground beef)
Salt and pepper to taste (May use Tony Chachere's seasoning if desired, but remember
the green chilies in the rotel tomatoes)
Cover. Turn rice cooker on. When bell rings, wait 20 minutes and stir. Top with sliced or
grated cheese (optional). Cover until ready to serve.
NOTE: Great when served with corn bread muffins.
Nutrient Analysis does not include cheese or muffins.

Sausage Casserole

1 pound breakfast sausage
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 9x11 inch baking dish.
Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crumbly and beginning to brown; drain. Stir the cream cheese into the cooked sausage.
Roll the dough from one can of crescent rolls into the bottom of the prepared baking dish without separating. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Spread the sausage mixture over the baked crescent rolls; top the sausage mixture with the remaining can of rolls. Return to oven and bake until the top layer is golden brown.
