ok I saved one side of the ribs from the deer I killed today. cut them with a hack saw and rinsed/trimmed off. I am thinking some kind of dry rub, liquid smoke, bbq sauce, etc.... But I need a recipe for a good dry rub and how should I cook it? I have not ever cooked any type of ribs and I'm sure deer is a bit different than pork so I don't want to use a recipe for ribs off the internet. Just a good seasoning recipe and some advice on how to cook the ribs would help a bunch. Thanks

post some pics cat, i would like to see how they turn out
will do, hope they turn out good.

If they do, I will save the ribs from every deer after this, unless they are completely ruined by the shot which I doubt.
