Where does everybody take there deer in the Knoxville area? I just got a call from cold water farms where I took a doe yesterday! They said it will be ready tomorrow afternoon and will be $90!!!

2x this. Maybe you don't want to invest in a grinder but, you can get a cheap one for $75 on ebay. Also, who says you get back your meat from your deer. I field dress, skin, debone, hang in old fridge, then pack for freezer myself. I learned how to do everything from youtube and once meat is frozen, you can do everything in different stages no hurrying. Sorry for troll comments for OP but never understood why people would use a DP. I personally think the processing of the deer as just another part of the hunting experience, respect the animal more, really see importance of shot placement (gut shots).
