1. Who are yall using in (west tn- shelby, fayette, hardeman) counties for deer processing?
2. Drop off locations fro CWD testing? (for Self processing)

I believe Burris's in Moscow is still processing and Kimry's in Grand Junction will accept deer for donation to HFTH. You can drop a deer head off at Ames for testing. There's a TWRA freezer on site.

How much kitchen space does it take to process one ?
Thanks
Not much. I quarter our deer in the garage and in the cooler it all goes. I do all my processing work at the kitchen sink. Definitely helps to have deep well sinks though. When I am ready, I bring the cooler in and set it beside me pull it out a quarter at a time. Set my cutting board over one side of the sink. Grinder goes next to the sink when I get to that.
