I took one to C&F (up 96 toward Franklin at Triune)last year and I think they did a pretty good job. It was a little pricey for me, so I started doing them myself after that, but everything they did was great. I think I ended up paying $108 to have backstraps and tenderloins cut, plus everything else ground up half burger/half sausage.
 
Potts in Wartrace. It's about 20 minutes of a drive, but they're the best. I believe the basic is just $65, maybe $60. They're open 8:00 am - 8:00 pm every day right now.
 
I highly recommend Potts! I took my first deer of the season this year to C&F and they did a good job, but it was $85 for a basic cut and the meat was not vacuum sealed. My second deer I took to Potts and their basic is $65 which includes vacuum sealed packaging. Potts is also open longer and has an after-hours drop off cooler.
 
DO NOT go to C&E on 96. Potts in the only place within a two hour drive I take mine too.

I have been using Potts for nearly 15 years and they are hands down the best. $65 standard processing. Everything vacuum sealed. Good hours with after hours dropoff. Make sure you pay a little extra for the snack sticks or summer sausage.

I like flowers.Its north of Nashville. Someone said they raised their prices this year but I'm not sure. I will do my own from now on.

Just curious about why you don't suggest C&F. I'm agreeing with everyone that they are pricey, but didn't know if you had another reason. I don't have any intention of dropping mine off currently, but things come up and C&F is a couple miles down the road compared to Potts being over 40 miles.
