i sliced up some back strap really thin now i was wondering if any of y'all had and advice from here ? i have one of those cheap dehydrater, i have used it before but i am sure if i should shut the air off .leave open or set it in the middle . it can be adjusted at the bottom and top what y'all think ?

jerky is good enough for a prime cut of meat. lol

can't wait to try it myself. Of the game I have killed, I have only made and tried turkey jerky and it was good. Deer is next, meat is in the fridge, but I will decide whether or not to use the backstraps.
