Deer Fibroma

Anybody ever heard of this? I saw a deer a few weeks ago limping, and couldn't get a shot. I saw him today, and decided to take him. When I got up to him he had about 20 black wart looking things on his skin. You can see one on his neck in the picture. When I got home I googled it, and found out it's called Fibroma.
Oh yeah, don't know what was wrong with his front right leg. All I could figure is that a car might have hit him.
