I've emailed the TWRA with no answer so I'll ask here

Away from water, what is the law say regarding dumping deer carcasses in private land?

I'm not aware of any TWRA regulations that would deal with dumping a carcass on private land as long as it couldn't get into water.

There may be some TDEC regulations out there that I'm not aware of.
