Academy has their turkey vests on sale. It does not say clearance by them on the rack, but if you scan it on one of the scanners, it will show you the sale price.

here is the weird thing. the $60 vest (I actually like the pocket design better) is $34.98.

the $80 vest, which has a frame, more pockets, and I believe a pocket for a thermacel (don;t know how that will work) was only $31.98. I got that one and paid $34.94 tax and all out the door.

No there isn't one in the boro. I don't have any pics of it, but there is one in Smyrna. here is a link to the vest. This is off the Smyrna Stores website. It is saying $44.98, but I got it for $31.98 in Franklin. http://www.academy.com/shop/pdp/game-wi ... id=3515683

They really only have 3 models (or at least that is all I've seen). One is really cheap, then there is a model that is normally $59.99 and another model that is $79.99.

I doesn't seem to be the case in Smyrna, but in Franklin the one that was $79.99 is $31.98 and the one that is $59.99 is $34.98. I know that is weird, but it is what it is.

This didn't work in Huntsville, AL.
They had the $60 for $34.
But the $79 vest was only down to $44. They called the Franklin store and when they ran the SKU it was $43.
So, 20 minutes at the store got me a discount of $1. But, still a good deal.

yeah they fixed it at Franklin. I did find 2 of the $60 ones at $26.98, which was odd that they were $8 less than the same vest that was on sale for $34. While I was there another guy was looking and I pointed it out. We scanned the one priced $34 and it showed $34. we then scanned the one priced $26 and it showed $26???? we couldn't figure out why. He bought one of the $26 ones.

LOL that is why i bought the one i bought. my back and but would be killing me after 20-30 minutes.
