Two hours is nothing. Fillet 'em up and enjoy. Food doesn't go bad that fast. They were in the livewell shaded from the sun so they weren't dried out and cooking in their own skin. They're fine.

It a fermented watermelon. It took 3 days sitting on the kitchen table after I brought it home from the store. It was most likely frozen in transportation then thawed out in the store. It ended up fermenting in my kitchen. Leaked all over, stunk like you wouldn't believe. I found it yesterday morning. Had to disinfect the house and could still smell remnants of it when I got off work. The smell gave me flashbacks from my Corrections Officer days.
