I came across this in the parking lot on Allegheny Loop rd. Some people i swear..
 
That's not that bad considering. I've seen whole deer with just the head cut off thrown in the cedar thicket next to the hunter camp on a local WMA. One buck had only the backstraps and head removed, and another had been gutted but only the head was taken. A lotta guys who camp there shoot everything that walks, so you'd think that meat would be a little more important.

Everybody breaks their back hauling deer back to the truck and to the house utilizing 30% of it then dumping the remainder of it off the side of the road.

Quartering, deboning and leaving the 65% for the critters is best for everybody.
Yes but its buck only on the Foothills wma

I believe it! What makes this worse is that this is a buck only wma lol

I would be hard pressed to believe that was even 20%, looks like they didn't even bother with the front shoulders. Regardless, they should have at least drug it into the woods a bit.
