My daughter killed her second buck of the year this afternoon. She got a Model 70 .270WSM for Christmas, we got it sighted in yesterday and she took this buck this afternoon. We were going to let this buck pass but decided to take due to his left side. I was not sure if it was due to injury or genetics as I took a buck just like him 2 years ago except it was an older deer, it had 4 points on one side a 14 inch horn on the left. She made a 50 yard shot in the lungs and he feel in his tracks.
