Dangit Freezer Burn?

I have a small Brisket that is approaching 8 months old that I noticed has a hole in the package. Honestly I don't know a lot about Freezer burn because my freezer contents usually rotate fairly quickly. what would yall do with this?

I think I'm just gonna cook it...what is the worst that can happen? I'll likely wrap it in foil for the last few hours, so that should help to rehydrate any dry parts. Any thoughts?

Trim it up good and it will be fine.

Trim & cook it will be fine. Worst case make soup out of it.freezers burn changes flavors due to moisture lose.

Just cook it.
Might have to marinate it in Italian dressing though.
